Research shows that young people who learn to imagine and build a future of their choosing are more likely to thrive in school and life. Through our Future Schools service, we partner with young people and educators across the country to turn their schools into vibrant, engaging places where every student can develop these mindsets and skills and bring their dreams for self, school, and society to life.

Dream Directors are transformational coaches and leaders embedded full-time in a school and trained to develop belonging, belief, purpose, and power in young people.
Through the Future Schools service, we engage 40-50 student leaders, an additional 100 students through coaching and content, and the entire school through culture change initiatives.
We choose school and district partners who believe in life readiness and who are willing to look at success differently.
We then recruit, train, and place the perfect Dream Director for each partner school’s needs.
